Rosie Valentine is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications, inclusion, and engagement. Since joining Primark in February 2019, Rosie has served as the Director of Internal Communications, Inclusion & Engagement, contributing to the establishment of the Corporate Affairs function within the company. Prior experience includes roles at Willis Towers Watson Ireland and Paddy Power Betfair, where Rosie was instrumental in setting up new communications functions and developing comprehensive internal communication strategies. Additionally, Rosie has held marketing and communications positions at Vodafone Ireland and Perlico, underlining a strong foundation in marketing management and campaign execution. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Executive and Leadership Coaching and a BSc in Business Management & Marketing.
