Suzanne Torsney serves as the Global Head of Internal Communications & Engagement at Primark since November 2018, overseeing the engagement of over 70,000 employees across 14 markets. Prior to Primark, Torsney held various positions at Lidl Ireland, including Acting Head of Advertising, where responsibilities included managing advertising strategies, liaising with third-party agencies, and leading successful campaigns. Additional experience includes a role as Marketing Manager at Chill Insurance, along with earlier roles focused on digital management and in-store operations. Torsney has a strong academic background with degrees in commerce, digital marketing, and coaching, enhanced by voluntary work with Fundación Vincente Ferrer in Spain.
