Olena Topalo

Olena Topalo is an experienced design engineer currently employed at Primary Engineering and Construction Corporation since September 2020, following a role as a Fiber Route Design Assistant at Manitoba Hydro Telecom from January to August 2020. Olena's prior experience includes positions as a Telecommunications Designer at Primary Engineering and Construction Corporation in 2019 and Planner II (Cable Plant Designer) at Shaw Communications from October 2012 to April 2019. Additionally, Olena worked as a Member Service Representative at Carpathia Credit Union Ltd. from March to October 2012.
