Leslie Graham

Leslie Graham serves as the President & CEO of the Primary Care Coalition since November 2014, overseeing strategic planning and operations while ensuring the organization's success and fiscal integrity. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President at the Delmarva Foundation for Medical Care, Chief Operating Officer roles at both the Primary Care Coalition of Montgomery County MD, Inc. and Planned Parenthood of Maryland, Inc., and leadership positions at SoftMed Systems, Medversant Technologies, and MAXIMUS. Leslie Graham holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
