Salina Phan

Salina Phan has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Salina began their career at the University of Western Sydney, where they worked as an Orientation Assistant, assisting students with inquiries and presenting at orientation sessions. Salina then moved on to work at the Parramatta City Council as a Major Events Assistant, where they coordinated and managed two major festivals.

Salina then joined Woolworths Limited, participating in their Leadership Program as a Big W Store Re-Fit and Recruitment Project Manager. Salina also held roles as a Business Manager for Apparel and Home Departments at Big W Stores and as a Voice Pick Team Leader at the Big W Distribution Centre.

After their time at Woolworths, Salina worked at the HR Business Centre as an HR Support Assistant, supporting the recruitment process and handling administrative tasks. Salina later joined Masters Home Improvement as a Merchandise Support Analyst and then moved on to Big W as a Database Administrator in the Buying and Merchandising division.

Salina's most recent roles include being a Business Support Specialist and Business Support Team Leader at Woolworths Supply Chain, where they provided application support, handled queries, and participated in project testing. Salina also worked at the NSW Electoral Commission as a Deputy Voting Centre Manager and a Voting Centre Manager for different state elections.

Throughout their career, Salina has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Salina has experience in project management, event coordination, team management, and customer service.
