Andrew Antoniou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, consulting, and leadership roles. As Co-Founder of p3 Coaching since February 2023, Antoniou focuses on enhancing business performance through unlocking human potential. Additionally, in a significant voluntary capacity, Antoniou serves as a Non-Executive Board Member for Variety - the Children's Charity NSW/ACT, committed to improving the lives of disadvantaged children. Currently a Non-Executive Director at Kaimera, an independent media agency, and Owner of KX Pilates franchises, Antoniou also teaches ethics at Primary Ethics, reflecting a strong commitment to education and community service. Previously, Antoniou founded and managed Orchard, a creative technology firm, and held various marketing roles at Grey Group, WSA Online, and Brand Dialogue. Antoniou holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing from De Montfort University and a Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching from Open Door Coaching.
