Jason Severson

ason joined Primary Funding Corporation in 2012 and was named CEO in 2021. Prior to joining PFC Jason spent over 16 years in commercial banking most recently as First Vice President of California Bank & Trust. During his years with CB&T, Jason led a team of bankers that managed over $150 million in commercial loans and deposits. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University Chico and graduated with honors from Pacific Coast Banking School.

Jason has been actively involved in the San Diego community including 10 years as a Board Member of the American Heart Association. He also served as committee member and Chairman of San Diego’s March of Dimes Golf Fore Babies Tournament. Jason is married with 2 young children and enjoys golfing and traveling.
