Jodi Fritsch

Jodi Fritsch is an accomplished marketing and community engagement professional with extensive experience in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Community Engagement at Primary Health Solutions since September 2025, Jodi previously held positions including Director of Marketing at Hamilton Caster, where efforts focused on corporate communications and brand performance. As Vice President and later Director of Marketing at HORAN, Jodi led marketing strategies to enhance the firm's brand and client engagement. At Community First Solutions, leadership in creating and implementing strategic marketing plans supported health and wellness initiatives. Additional roles include Director of Public Relations & Marketing at the Fitton Center for Creative Arts and Communications & Alumni Relations Director at Archbishop McNicholas High School. Jodi holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, both from Thomas More University.
