Grant Akesson

Grant Akesson has had a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Grant began their career in 1999 as a Deputy Principal at the Department of Education WA, a position they held until 2001. In 2002, they joined the Drug and Alcohol Office as the Manager of Community Development, where they remained until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at the Mental Health Commission as the Manager of Suicide Prevention, and from 2016 to 2017, they served as the Manager of Community Programs. Most recently, they have been working at Primary Health Tasmania as the Health Stream Lead since 2017.
