Uldine Castel

Uldine Castel is an experienced physician with a diverse background in primary and public health care. Since June 2012, Uldine has provided full-spectrum primary care and HIV specialty care at Primary Medical Group while also serving as Chief Medical Officer for a seven-office medical group, overseeing quality measures, managing disputes, and directing medical protocols. Uldine has held the position of Public Health Officer at Ventura County Public Health since December 2008, managing tuberculosis care and overseeing outbreak responses in the county. Uldine holds a Bachelor's degree in Russian language and political science and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Temple University.
