Jennifer Pinter is a CX and GTM strategist, currently serving as the Head of Growth & Customer Experience at AmplifyAM Inc. and as the Chief Experience Officer at Kapta. They have held various roles in account management and customer success, including Head of Client Engagement at Kapta, where they translated client feedback into product development priorities. As a mentor with Primary Venture Partners, Jennifer provides guidance to early-career professionals while driving community engagement as the Sacramento Chapter Head for Pavilion. Jennifer continues to pursue education in project management and business communications at De Anza College.
