Natalia Schejbal

Natalia Schejbal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the roles of Chief of Staff and operations across notable firms. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for the Chief of Staff Roundtable and a member of the Chief of Staff Network since October 2022, Natalia also co-founded the Chief of Staff Mastermind Network at Primary Venture Partners, fostering mentorship and professional growth within the tech community in New York City. Previous positions include Chief of Staff to the Chief Risk Officer at Schonfeld and a decade-long tenure at Bridgewater Associates, where responsibilities spanned from Chief of Staff and Department COO to various analytical roles. Natalia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Sacred Heart University.
