Vanessa Neurohr

Vanessa Neurohr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Muck Rack since December 2016, where leadership encompasses a department of 50 individuals across various teams. Prior roles at Muck Rack include Senior Director and Director of Customer Success, with a focus on customer onboarding and product adoption. Vanessa also co-founded ThriveNetwork, aimed at empowering women in customer success fields, and serves as a Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software, providing guidance to aspiring leaders. Additionally, Vanessa engages in public speaking and stand-up comedy to enhance communication skills, and is actively involved in industry events as a keynote speaker and panelist. Vanessa holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Fashion Merchandising from the University of Delaware.
