Ken is the Founder and CEO of Right Lane Aviation, specializing in personalized and seamless private aviation solutions. Prior to this, Ken worked as a Managing Partner at Primary Wave Entertainment/Right Lane Management, LLC. Ken has also held positions such as Vice President at SiriusXM, Senior Vice President at CORE Media Group, Inc., Senior Vice President at Turnberry, Senior Vice President at Warner Music Group, President Designate at CMJ Network Inc, and Senior Vice President at Sony Music Entertainment, Universal Music Group, and Arista Records. Throughout their career, Ken has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a successful track record in marketing, promotion, and strategic planning within the entertainment industry.

Ken Lane earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Tulane University in the years 1979 to 1983. Prior to attending university, they received a high school diploma from The Dalton School between 1975 and 1979.
