Jaime Reategui

Jaime Reategui is a Corporate Strategy Manager at Primax since November 2023, following a career at McKinsey & Company where roles included Engagement Manager and Associate. Prior to that, Jaime held the position of Project Lead and Senior Technology Innovation Specialist at BREIN, focusing on operational insights and technology experimentation to benefit Breca's business units. Significant achievements include managing a 100-member team for the development of Peru's first locally approved mechanical ventilator during the COVID-19 emergency at Proyecto MASI. Jaime's earlier experience involves roles in electronic project supervision, research and development in various electronic devices, and academic positions as an Associate Researcher and Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru, specializing in digital signal processing and optimization algorithms. Jaime holds a Master of Science in Digital Signal and Image Processing and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, both from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
