Hans Christian Kaiser is currently serving as Executive Director and Legal Counsel at Prime Capital AG. Prior to this, Kaiser held the position of Vice President Structuring at Golding Capital Partners GmbH. With a background in Investment Law, Fund Structuring, and Corporate Compliance, Kaiser has also worked at KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. Kaiser is a graduate of Bucerius Law School, Dalhousie University - Schulich School of Law, and Hanseatisches OLG (Hamburg).
