Nicole Simmons

Nicole Simmons is currently working as a Direct Support Professional at Heritage Christian Services. Nicole also serves as a Care Manager Assistant at Prime Care Coordination. Nicole has experience in teaching independent living skills to support individuals in maintaining clean and safe homes, as well as promoting community involvement.
