Melanie Miles, MBA

Melanie Miles, MBA has a strong background in operations and management. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Operations at Prime Care Technologies, Inc. Since February 2022, they have been responsible for managing a development and operations team, writing requirements, and providing product demonstrations for a SaaS application serving Skilled Nursing Facilities. Melanie also serves as a HIPAA Security Officer and Advisory Board leader for the organization. Prior to this role, from March 2019 to January 2022, they served as the Director of Operations at the same company, where they were the Product Owner of the SaaS application and had responsibilities including managing a development and operations team, writing requirements, and managing sprint ceremonies and backlog.

Before joining Prime Care Technologies, Inc., Melanie worked at United Allergy Services, where they held several roles. From August 2016 to March 2019, they were an Operations Manager, responsible for managing business relationships with over 30 partners across 3 states, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving company metrics and values. Prior to that, from February 2015 to August 2016, they worked as an Operations Supervisor, managing a platinum multi-location partnership and leading business meetings. Melanie also spearheaded a nationwide process improvement project. From August 2012 to February 2015, Melanie served as a Senior Clinical Allergy Specialist at United Allergy Services. Additionally, from October 2011 to August 2012, they worked as a Training Specialist, and from April 2011 to October 2011, they worked as a Clinical Allergy Specialist.

Melanie Miles pursued their undergraduate studies from 2006 to 2010, attending The University of Georgia. During this time, they focused on the field of Microbiology and Immunology and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Following a brief gap, Melanie returned to their educational journey in 2018 and completed their postgraduate studies in 2021 at East Carolina University. Melanie pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
