Candace Harp Rinks

Candace Harp Rinks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both business and sports. As Co-Founder and CFO of JC Rinks Home Services since August 2021, Candace has been integral in managing home remodel projects. In addition, Candace currently serves as Subcontract Coordinator at Prime Controls. Previous roles include Youth Coordinator and Head Coach at LACROSSE ASSOCIATION OF COPPELL INC, alongside coaching positions at 214Lacrosse and Highland Park Girls Lacrosse, demonstrating a strong commitment to youth sports development. Prior to their career in sports, Candace held various positions in finance and client services at notable institutions, including Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan Private Bank, and began as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Vindex Pharmaceuticals. Candace holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Texas Tech University.
