Cole Ratermann

Cole Ratermann is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Financial Services Student Assistant at the Texas A&M Transportation Institute, where responsibilities include entry-level accounting tasks and supporting the Financial Services team. Cole also holds an internship in the Critical Infrastructure Division at Prime Controls, where analytical skills and software proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam are utilized to optimize spreadsheet management. Previously, Cole demonstrated leadership as a Level 3 Shift Lead at Bahama Buck's Franchise Corporation and as a Shift Lead and Store Opener at Dunkin', overseeing team operations and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, Cole interned in Supply Chain Operations at H-E-B, where contributions led to improved operational management and the creation of a standardized inventory management procedure. Cole is pursuing a Master of Science in Finance at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University.
