William King

William King is an accomplished executive in the data center sector, currently serving as SVP of Strategy & Business Development Europe at Prime Data Centers since January 2024. Prior to this role, William held the position of Managing Director at DC Byte, providing global market data and analytics for the industry. William was a founding member and Head of EMEA Data Centres at Colliers International UK from October 2014 to July 2020, specializing in occupier representation and a range of data center services including lease acquisition, cloud advisory, investment advice, and site acquisition. Early career experience includes a marketing executive role at Volta Data Centres and management at AD Installations and Contracting. William holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
