With over a decade of leadership experience in the healthcare and hospitality sectors, they previously served as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Experience Officer at Veterinary United. Lesley began their career at Macy's, where they rose through the ranks to become the Area Director for the Food Division, successfully launching several culinary ventures. Holding a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, they are dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence in all endeavors.
