Dan Bierbach

Dan Bierbach has extensive work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Dan currently serves as the Executive Vice President - Acquisitions at Prime Group Holdings, LLC since May 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President - Acquisitions at the same company from April 2018 to May 2021. In 2018, they founded Bierbach Capital Partners, LLC and served as the Managing Principal. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as the Director of Acquisitions at Red Dot Storage / Sparkplug Capital, LLC. Before that, they worked at Black Creek Group as a Senior Associate - Acquisitions & Dispositions from 2012 to 2017. Dan also worked at Prologis as a Private Capital Partners from 2010 to 2012. Dan'scareer started at Thomson Reuters - Commercial Real Estate Consulting as a Valuation Consultant in 2009. Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Real Estate Investment Broker at Colliers International from 2007 to 2009 and as a Development Land Broker & Analyst at The Ryness Company - Land Division from 2006 to 2007.

Dan Bierbach received their B.B.A. degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Dan later went on to pursue an MBA with a specialization in Finance at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, which they completed between 2011 and 2013.
