Lance Scida, MSIRE, currently serves in entitlements and land development at Prime Group US since June 2022, focusing on commercial development projects throughout Florida, including hospitality and multi-family communities. Additionally, Lance has been a real estate agent and investor at Realty Associates Florida Properties since September 2013. Previously, experience includes an analyst position at Ceiba Groupe, and real estate roles at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Deltacom.
