Sebastian Civarolo

Sebastian Civarolo has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Graphic Designer and Web Developer at CORE Design Studio from 2011 to 2018. In this position, they focused on website planning, design, and development for non-profit organizations and small businesses.

In 2018, Sebastian joined Nashville Software School as a Junior Software Developer. Here, they completed an intensive full-stack software development boot camp, gaining expertise in full-stack development fundamentals, React, modern Javascript, and version control with Git and Github.

Since 2019, Sebastian has been working at Prime Health Services, Inc. Initially, they served as an Application Developer I, where they modernized the team's frontend development by introducing React and TypeScript. Sebastian also created a library of React components for consistent user experience across applications.

Currently, Sebastian holds the position of Application Developer Team Lead at Prime Health Services, where they lead a development team for a bill review application. Sebastian collaborates with stakeholders, compliance, and implementation teams to gather requirements and ensure client satisfaction. Sebastian emphasizes mentoring and pair programming to enhance the team's understanding and skills.

Sebastian Civarolo attended the University of Houston from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Communication. In 2018 and 2019, they attended the Nashville Software School to study Full Stack Software Development.
