Eliot Berger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and legal compliance. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Prime Healthcare Management since January 2021 and as Chief Executive Officer at Blue Sky Basin, LLC since November 2017, Eliot has also held the role of COO at Allegiant Healthcare from April 2017 to June 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Healthcare Attorney at RYTES Company from September 2012 to June 2017, with a focus on healthcare compliance, government investigations, nursing home transactions, professional liability, litigation, and regulatory consulting. Eliot's legal expertise was further developed through a Summer Associate position at Ritter, Zaretsky, Lieber & Jaime, LLP and a Judicial Intern role at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida. Eliot earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Miami School of Law between 2009 and 2012.
