Donika Chorova

Donika Chorova is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and employee management, currently serving as a Human Resources Expert at Prime Holding JSC since November 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Plovdiv Academy and HR Specialist at BTL Industries Bulgaria and Sentera Group, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment processes, candidate assessment, and employee induction programs. Donika began the career as an HR Intern at EVN Bulgaria and has also worked as a Psychologist and Educator at Arcadia Centre Ltd. Donika holds a Master's degree in Psychology of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski," complemented by a secondary education in languages.
