Elena Shopova

Elena became the CLO of Programista; in 2014. She envisioned and executed the plan for the creation of Prime Holding, as well as all subsequent company acquisitions and incorporations, in Bulgaria and elsewhere. Elena is the Managing Partner at Shopova, Kolarova & Partners - a co-founding member of IUSFUL (the largest European network of elite boutique law firms).

She is a member of the Sofia Bar Association and has 30 years of legal experience. Elena received her law degree from Kliment Ohridski University.
