In 2001, they started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Ram Company, where they focused on safety, quality, and productivity improvements in a production line. Russell also wrote and implemented Standard Operating Procedures and performed validations of electro-mechanical devices.
From 2003 to 2004, Russell worked as a Project Manager at Jensen and Associates, overseeing the development of the final phases of a residential subdivision. Russell'sresponsibilities included bookkeeping, subcontractor management, and sales.

Russell introduced tools and methodologies such as Kanban boards, Kaizen, and value stream mapping to streamline workflow and reduce redundancy. Russell also managed the production facility without any lost time incidents for 11 years.
From 2018 to 2020, Russell served as a Plant Manager at Consolidated Container Company, where they continued to optimize operations and drive efficiency.
Most recently, starting in 2020, Russell became the Plant Manager at Pretium Packaging, where they continued to oversee plant operations until 2023.
Currently, Russell Jensen is the Director of Operations at Prime Machine Inc as of May 2023.
Russell Jensen, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Strathclyde in 2016. Russell also obtained a NEBOSH International General Safety Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from Santia in 2012-2013. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Technology with a specialization in Engineering and CAD/CAM from Southern Utah University in 2001.

Prime Machine, Inc. was created in 1979 to provide emergency Industrial Equipment Repair and New Component Fabrication Services to a wide range of Customers statewide and beyond. We currently provide Large and Small Machine Shop Services, Welding Fabrication, Millwright Field Services, Gearbox Repair, and State-of-the-Art Laser Inspection Services. Our major Customers are found in Mining, Power Generation, Aerospace & Defense, and other critical Industries.
