Jennifer Gori

Jennifer Gori has extensive work experience in the biotech and medical research field. Jennifer is currently the Vice President of Research at Prime Medicine, Inc. since November 2020. Prior to that, they held several roles at Obsidian Therapeutics, including Senior Director of Research and Development Strategic Planning and Operations from July 2020 to October 2020, Director of Program Strategy from August 2019 to July 2020, and Associate Director in Cell Therapy from April 2018 to July 2019.

Before joining Obsidian Therapeutics, Jennifer worked at Editas Medicine, where they were a Senior Scientist from January 2017 to April 2018, Scientist III from January 2016 to December 2016, and Scientist II from November 2014 to December 2015.

Prior to their time at Editas Medicine, they were an Associate in Clinical Research at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center from June 2010 to November 2014.

Jennifer's earliest work experience was as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai from January 2009 to May 2010.

Jennifer Gori has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry from Smith College. Jennifer also has a PhD in Microbiology, Immunology, and Cancer Biology from the University of Minnesota.
