Kaye Foster is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in advisory and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach at Boston Consulting Group since 2014, Kaye collaborates with C-suite executives to enhance organizational performance, including guiding CEO transitions post-M&A for a $2B public company. Kaye holds multiple board positions, including Trustee roles at Stanford Health Care and Spelman College, and serves as a Board Member for various organizations such as Agios Pharmaceuticals and Prime Medicine, Inc. Previously, Kaye worked as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Onyx Pharmaceuticals, playing a key role in transforming the company into a global entity and implementing a comprehensive talent management plan.
