Meetu Seth

Meetu Seth has a rich and diverse work experience. Meetu is currently working as a Senior Scientist II at Prime Medicine, Inc. since September 2021. Previously, from January 2019 to August 2021, they held the role of Senior Scientist at Triplet Therapeutics, where they focused on developing treatments for repeat expansion disorders. Before that, Meetu worked as a Scientist at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. from January 2017 to January 2019, where they contributed to the development of genome editing solutions for personalized and curative treatments. Meetu's research experience includes working as a Graduate Research Assistant (Ph.D.) at the University of Massachusetts Medical School from July 2010 to December 2016. Meetu also held the position of HHMI International Student Research Fellow during their time there. Meetu's career started with roles as a Research Associate at Children's Hospital Boston from 2008 to 2010 and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota from 2005 to 2008.

Meetu Seth completed their education as follows:

From 2010 to 2016, Meetu Seth attended UMass Chan Medical School and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in RNA therapeutics and Biomedical Sciences.

In 2009, they studied at Harvard University, focusing on the Biology of Cancer. However, no degree was specified for this period.

Between 2006 and 2008, Meetu Seth pursued their Master's Degree in Veterinary Medicine, specializing in Infectious Disease and Molecular Biology, at the University of Minnesota.

From 1998 to 2004, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine from Rajendra Agricultural University.

Additionally, Meetu Seth possesses several certifications. In 2017, they received a "Certificate of Recognition - Spot Award for Passion and Hardwork" from Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. Meetu also received a "Certificate of Recognition - Excellence Award for Outstanding Collaboration" from the same institution in 2017.

Lastly, in 2015, Meetu Seth completed the "Genomic Data Science with Galaxy" course, earning a certificate from Coursera Course Certificates.
