Robert Greene

Robert Greene has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Robert currently serves as the Senior Director and Head of External Manufacturing at Prime Medicine, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing external manufacturing operations.

Prior to joining Prime Medicine, Inc., Greene worked at Allogene Therapeutics as the Director of External Manufacturing. During their tenure, they led tech transfer and commercial readiness projects for the company's lymphodepletion agent and mRNA supply chain.

Greene also held various roles at Genentech, starting as the Head of Sterile Drug Products Group in North America. Robert later became the Head of Sterile Drug Products in Europe, where they successfully restructured the Cenexi governance and strengthened the Joint Management Team. Additionally, they served as an Associate Director in Contract Manufacturing Operations and Manufacturing Collaborations at Genentech.

Before their time at Genentech, Greene worked at Merck & Co., Inc. as the Manager of Manufacturing Business Affairs and the Department Head of Chemical API Production. In these roles, they managed cross-functional teams, led negotiations, and oversaw the operations and budgeting of manufacturing facilities.

Greene began their career in the US Navy as a Lieutenant in the Nuclear Submarine Force, where they completed rigorous training programs and gained experience in nuclear engineering.
