Dave Itliong

Dave Itliong is a seasoned civil estimator with extensive experience in cost estimation and project supervision within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Civil Estimator at Prime Metro BMD Corporation since December 2022, Dave is responsible for studying tender documents and preparing civil cost estimates based on various construction specifications. Previously, as a Supervisor Civil Estimator at Aboitiz Construction, Inc. from November 2021 to December 2022, and a Supervisor Cost Engineer at EEI Corporation from March 2016 to March 2021, Dave honed skills in managing teams of estimators and ensuring comprehensive coverage of tender requirements. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pangasinan State University.
