Leo Mandigma

Leo Mandigma is a seasoned professional in the engineering and estimating field, currently serving as a Senior Lead Estimator at Prime Metro BMD Corporation since August 2023. Previously, Leo held the position of Estimating and Design Manager at First Balfour from April 2014 to August 2023, focusing on tendering for energy-related projects such as transmission lines and geothermal plants. Prior experience includes working as a Structural Design Engineer at AMH Philippines, Inc. from January 2012 to April 2014, where responsibilities included load and stress calculations and preparing structural designs using advanced software. Leo holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of the Philippines.
