Tayyar Dogan

Tayyar Dogan, PhD, currently serves as an Advisor in the Strategy and Innovation Sector for the Prime Minister's Office in the UAE since December 2023, focusing on strategic projects. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role at PwC from September 2018 to November 2023, where responsibilities encompassed strategy, policy, and operations in government and public services, with a focus on economic development, competitiveness, innovation, and econometric modeling. Additionally, Tayyar held positions at The World Bank as a Consultant (2014-2017) and at the State Planning Organization (2005-2014) as a Senior Economic Development Specialist. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Economics and a Master's degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Hacettepe University.
