Eric Brickman

Eric Brickman is a seasoned founder, strategic advisor, and executive with extensive experience in leading innovation and growth within the financial services industry. They served as Senior Vice President and later EVP, Chief Solutions Officer at Newport Group, where they played a crucial role in scaling the company to $300 billion in assets under administration and established industry-leading products. Brickman also held leadership positions at Prudential Financial, where they led strategic initiatives, launched a pioneering robo-advisor, and created an enterprise Business Transformation Office. Currently, they serve as Chief Operating Officer at Prime Pensions, Inc. and Strategic Advisor at Candidly, where they have driven significant revenue growth and innovation in student debt optimization solutions. They hold a BA in Marketing & Finance from Muhlenberg College and an MBA in International Business from Seton Hall University.
