Jason Strand

Jason Strand, CPA has over 29 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Jason is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Prime Pensions, Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President, Assistant Controller at Carver Federal Savings Bank. In 2020, Jason worked in the private equity sector as a Senior Finance Professional and Controller. Jason has also worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for 19 years, where they served as Director-Senior Legal Entity Controller, Director-Equities Finance, and Director-Bank Group Finance. Before that, they worked at Deutsche Bank as AVP-Treasury Business Area Controller, at PaineWebber as AVP-Capital Markets Compliance, and at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Senior Accountant in the Financial Markets Audit Division.

Jason Strand, CPA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Accounting from Bucknell University. Jason is also a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the New York State Education Department. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in the Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination) and Series 7 (General Securities Representative Examination) from FINRA.
