Andrew Impastato

Andrew Impastato is an accomplished basketball professional with extensive experience in coaching, player development, and sports management. As the Founder and Executive Director of Next Basket Wins since May 2013, Andrew has organized and conducted training for professional and collegiate players, facilitated youth camps with substantial participation, and developed a mobile application to enhance shooting workouts. Additionally, Andrew founded the Grit and Grind Basketball Foundation in January 2021 to inspire youth through basketball while focusing on developing essential life skills. Andrew has held various roles, including Sales Partner at PRIME Real Estate Group and positions within the NBA, such as Basketball Operations and Events, where significant contributions were made for the 2015 NBA All-Star game. With a background as an assistant coach at Pace University and Hudson Catholic High School, along with leadership experience in alumni relations for Case Western Reserve University, Andrew combines sports expertise with a commitment to community engagement. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Case Western Reserve University.
