At Prime Recruiting, we partner with technology companies to build world-class teams and scalable recruiting processes. Unlike traditional recruiters, we embed directly with your leadership and hiring managers, combining the stability of an internal recruiter with the reach and expertise of an external network.

We understand that great candidates don’t just choose jobs — they choose companies with compelling processes, strong cultures, and clear visions. Our role is to help your company present itself in the best possible light while sourcing, vetting, and closing top talent.

Our experience spans the full lifecycle of tech growth. We have worked with startups at the Seed stage, guided scaling teams through Series A–C, and supported major hiring pushes before, during, and after IPO. This gives us a unique perspective on how recruiting evolves alongside company strategy and how talent acquisition directly supports your broader vision.

With deep expertise in engineering, product, sales, and executive recruiting, we bring both technical fluency and business insight to every search. Our focus is not only on delivering the right candidates, but also on making the hiring process efficient, candidate-friendly, and aligned with leadership priorities.

If you are a founder, executive, or hiring manager looking for a partner who understands both the people side and the business side of growth, Donovan Prime Recruiting is here to help.
