Melissa Bell, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Culture & Engagement at Prime Residential since November 2007. Prior roles at Prime Residential include Head of Employee Experience, Employee Experience Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resource Administrator. Prior to this, Melissa Bell worked at Emdeon from January 2004 to June 2007 as Assistant to the Staffing Director and Executive Assistant.
