Celene Connell

Celene Connell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in construction operations and project management, currently serving as Construction Operations Manager at Prime Retail Services, Inc. since February 2017, where roles have included Director of Preconstruction and Senior Project Manager, coordinating project logistics, staffing, and financial oversight. Prior to this, Celene served in the US Army from June 2008 to February 2017 as Command Finance Specialist, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist, managing budgets, personnel records, and training. Celene holds multiple advanced degrees from the University of Arkansas Grantham in Leadership and Ethics, Human Performance Improvement, and Business Administration, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from American Military University.
