Jason Etzkin is an accomplished professional in the food manufacturing sector with extensive experience in leadership roles focused on manufacturing, food safety, and quality assurance. Currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at Prime Roots since November 2021, Jason previously held the position of Director of Bakery Operations at Boudin from September 2018 to October 2021.
