Drita S. has work experience as a Software Engineer at PRIME I Retail & Trade Solutions starting in July 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Consultant at Keshif from October 2018 to May 2019. Drita also had a Software Developer Internship at Oda Ekonomike e Kosovës from April 2018 to July 2018, where they documented and maintained the functionality of a platform developed by Open Data Kosovo, added new features to the website, and collected relevant data for the platform.

Drita S. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Universiteti i Prishtinës "Hasan Prishtina". Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including a Certificate of completion in French Language Training 4.2 (~B2) from Gymglish in February 2023, German as a foreign language (C1/1) from S + W speak + write Gesellschaft für Sprachunterricht mbH in August 2018, Techsperience from Open Data Kosovo in January 2018, a Certificate of completion in Level B1+ of the German Language from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg in August 2017. Drita has also completed the Women in Online Work (WoW) program from CodersTrust in August 2016. Additionally, they have participated in the Leadership Program from YMCA, Wiki Academy II from IPKO Foundation, and the Youth Leadership Camp organized by YMI and PEN.
