Nita Pallaska has a diverse work experience spanning from internships to managerial roles. Nita'smost recent position was at PRIME | Retail & Trade Solutions as a Scrum Master starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Povio as an IT Project Manager, where they successfully implemented an operational plan that reduced production-found bugs by 10%, maintained business relationships with key accounts, and delivered results on time. Before Povio, Nita was an IT Project Manager at Comitas Services LLC, where they handled customer requests, wrote product requirements, communicated project status, and assisted with testing. Nita also has experience as a Mobility Contract Manager and Global Project Coordinator at Kosbit LLC, and as a Project Manager in Software Development at Ornio AS. Earlier in their career, Nita worked as a Course Development Intern at PECB and as an Administration and Finance Assistant at Kosovo ICT Association - STIKK. Nita began their journey with internships at UNICEF Innovations Lab Kosovo and FINCA Kosova in marketing and administration roles respectively.
