Currently serving as Commercial Manager and Business Development Manager at Prime Shrimp since February 2019, Matthew focuses on sourcing and processing quality products. Concurrently, Matthew is involved in business development at Laitram. Previously, as Senior Manager of Wholesale Business Development at KREWE, Matthew successfully expanded the sales team and increased revenues significantly. Prior experience includes director-level roles in marketing and operations at St. Charles Vision, where strategic leadership contributed to a successful private equity acquisition, as well as operational roles at Target managing substantial inventory and revenue. Matthew's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and Business Institutions from Northwestern University.
