Wendy Hellar

Wendy Hellar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and operational leadership within the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Prime Team Partners since June 2023, Wendy focuses on delivering quality service to hiring leaders in IT and software engineering, while also spearheading new business development and sales strategies. Prior roles include Strategic Services at World Wide Technology, where Wendy contributed to acceleration of organizational growth, and multiple positions within Prime Team Partners, emphasizing technical recruiting services. Wendy's background also features significant experience in project management and consulting with The Table Group and Harvest Consulting, as well as a successful tenure at Robert Half International, where Wendy held several high-impact leadership positions. Wendy holds a BA in English Literature from Pine Manor College.
