Darek Sychtysz

Darek Sychtysz is a Lead Avaya Engineer with experience in integrating systems via SIP protocols, managing cloud-based solutions, and upgrading legacy systems for customers. Prior to their current role, Darek worked as an Avaya Engineer at Beacon Telecom where Darek maintained and upgraded multi-site Aura Suite deployments. Darek also has experience as an ITS Network/Telecom Engineer at Framingham State University and as an Office Assistant at Warren Pumps. Darek holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Framingham State University.
