Mark Lederer

Mark Lederer is an experienced finance executive with a robust background in management and strategic operations across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as VP, Head of Integration and Transformation at Prime Therapeutics since December 2022, Mark previously held the position of VP, Strategy and Chief of Staff at Magellan Rx Management from February 2019 to December 2022. Mark's career includes significant roles such as Chief Financial Officer at CDMI, LLC, and Senior VP of Finance at APS Healthcare, along with substantial experience in divisional financial management at CR Bard, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Mark holds an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Hartford and a BSBA in Accounting from Bryant University.
