Blake Thorne

Blake Thorne is an experienced news producer currently working at Wwlp Channel 22 TV since August 2022. In addition to producing news content, Blake serves as the President of the Worcester State Men’s Club Lacrosse, overseeing recruitment, social media management, and administrative tasks. Blake's writing expertise is demonstrated as an NHL/PGA contributing writer for Prime Time Sports Talk since January 2022 and previously as an NHL reporter for Hockey Night In New England. Additional roles include managing Pizza Pirate and serving as a journalist and podcast co-host for the Worcester State Sports Information Office. Blake holds a degree in Communication with a focus on Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Worcester State University, completed in 2022.
